- Attendance
Attendance management is the basic modules of the TAMS solution. With TAMS, managers and business owners can track employees resumption and departure time, numbers of hours worked, number of days at work, amount of extra hours incentives earned, number of punctual employees, number of late employees, numbers of absent employees.
Various reports, depending on organizations structure can be generated, such reports include simple attendance, punctuality, workforce, lateness, absenteeism, overtime report, attendance summary, early-in, early-out, etc. TAMS ensures adequate staff monitoring and eradicate the menace inefficiency and ghost workers.
- Verification and Identity Management
A principal module and application on TAMS is the TAMS Verify. As biometric identity is unique to individual, TAMS Verify can be utilized to recognize people within and across organizations and industries. It is a global storehouse of biometric database to verify the identity of new applicants.
With TAMS Verify organizations will multiple locations and sites will be able to verify the eligibility of an applicant and can ascertain where an applicant is coming from and reason(s) for leaving thereby prevents recycling of laid-off employees at another branch.
Small, medium, large organization, government bodies, agents and parastatals and non-profit firms can verify applicants using their biometric data and have their employment history and reasons they left their previous employment and the company’s remark at a click. It is most useful for security outfits and construction companies.
- Facility/Guard Management
TAMS Facility is a module used to monitor employees whose primary role involve routine tour of facilities such security personnel, health and medical workers on patient checkups, cleaners and other categories. The objective is to monitor these categories of employee are at their duty posts.
TAMS Facility works by installing series of RFID tags (each with its own global identification number) along routine routes/checkpoints and have patrol personnel performs readings on the tags using a handheld reader. The record tag numbers along with each associated time stamps are uploaded real-time to the TAMS Server.
- Payroll System
TAMS solution is integrated with payroll solution which give employees 24/7 access to their pay statements via the web and mobile apps. TAMS payroll linked directly with TAMS attendance to automate the process of payment from attendance clock records, it can be fully integrates with other systems such retirement plans, workers compensation plans and other human resources tools. TAMS payroll can also be utilized as a distinct or detached application for organizations.
- Communications
TAMS has embedded communication platform with integrated short-messaging-service “SMS”, emails and chat room; the application auto sends SMS on employees’ birthdays, public holidays and company events among others. Punctual employees get motivation SMS encouraging them and reiterating on the good attitude of punctuality to organizations development while late employees get caution SMS stating the implications of lateness on productivity. In the case of school attendance management, TAMS auto sends SMS to parents/guardian of students.
This module is useful for internal and external communications.
- Electronic Voting
TAMS web-based voting system uses fingerprint in order to provide the needed high security and performance to voting system. The integrated technology of TAMS eVote make the voting system more practical. The inherent lapses of long period of preparation, invalid votes, errors in counting votes, long period of counting and high cost of voting process include large manpower has made electronic voting the most preferred option compare to traditional voting methods. TAMS eVote can also be utilized for corporate and other association elections.

Payroll reports, facility patrol reports, events attendances, elections report, email and SMS reports, attendance, lateness, absentee and many more reports are generated and can be converted to excel and other formats
