Setup Patrol's Round


Create and View all the possible patrol rounds that are applicable for your own Facility Management in the Setup Patrol's Round sub-module


PIN: Employee's unique PIN

Name: Full name of employee

Round Name: The name given to that patrol round

Stations: The stations of that patrol session

Time Intervals: Time Interval of sessions for each station

Action: Delete existing patrol round

Select Employee: Select employees(multiple)

Select Stations: Select Station Points (multiple)

Select Time Interval: Select time range (multiple)



Click Submit button to complete the process



hint:

Selecting employees 32,32,67,

stations TBS and Ibadan,

time intervals 08:00-09:00, 10:00-11:00 and 12:00-13:00


means:

employee 32 would inspect TBS 3times(between 08:00-09:00 and 10:00-11:00 and 12:00-13:00), he would also inspect Ibadan 3times.

Likewise employee 32 and 67.
